An initial introductory call to discuss the services and support you require.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Refunds: - Standard Cancellation Notice: To cancel a booking, you must notify us at least **48 hours in advance** of your scheduled appointment. - Processing Fee: All cancellations or refunds will incur a **£5 processing fee. - Late Cancellations:If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, **no refund will be issued. Bookings Made Within 48 Hours of Appointment: - If your booking is made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, you may cancel and receive a refund (minus the £5 processing fee) only if you notify us within 24 hours of making the booking. - Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking (even if prior to the appointment) will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling: - Initial Reschedule: You may reschedule your appointment once at no additional charge, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. - Additional Reschedules: Any further rescheduling requests will incur a £5 fee per change.
